Robyn Rihanna who is also known as Rihanna - is a Barbadian pop singer and songwriter. Her hits include such as Pon de Replay, SOS umbrella, Take a Bow. Young and extremely accomplished singer and songwriter, she's already one of the top selling artists. Her parents are from Barbados, and she started singing as a child. As a result of the turmoil in her household and the arguments that her parents had, she decided to take up music. She soon decided that she would like to pursue a career as a singer. As a teenager she joined a rock band. Evan Rodgers auditioned her and was extremely impressed. Rihanna relocated from the city of her birth to New York to start a career in singing full time. Rihanna made her debut album, and was an overnight star. The young people loved the songs that were upbeat, and this inspired Rihanna to make films. Nowadays, she's a teenage idol and fashion icon. Rihanna uses her fame to positive use as she is actively engaged in a variety of charities.
