Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California, on the 9th day of July, 1983. Her first job after school was that of a real estate agent. This is where she met Tarek. They had a great time up until 2008, when the market plummeted and many house flippers and real estate investors went under. Tarek El Moussa & Christina El Moussa were nearly bankrupted by the stock market crash of the year 2008. The cost of their apartment was $750 per week, which was a far cry to the $6,000 they had been paying per month for their home. Their businesses and the economy gradually rebounded. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted his friend to aid in making an HGTV audition video in the year the year 2011. The tape featured Tarek as well as Christina teaming up to turn a house. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. The couple fell in love Tarek as well as Christina. The couple signed a deal with HGTV. In April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" premiered. For seven seasons, the show was broadcast between 2013-2017. Christina and Tarek purchased houses in Orange County that were usually middle income houses. They spent the next months renovating their home so they could sell it into a profitable gain. Tarek is focused on construction and remodelling while Christina focuses on design and making sure that all goes according to plan.
